I have been with SoftWise for the past 13 years. For the past three years, I was the Development Coordinator. I have worked with Deborah Kurata for the past four years. Deborah was a consultant who was originally hired to do a code review. We then employed her to help us convert our product to .NET.

I cannot come up with enough superlatives to describe Deborah and the extraordinary work she did for us. In everything she did, she was totally professional and extremely thorough. She shared her knowledge with us and included many technical training sessions to improve our .NET skills. She assisted us in setting/following coding standards and architected our product for us. The architecture that she established has made our product more stabile, faster and streamlined and we have been able to build on it for the future. She also assisted us in evaluating candidates when we were searching for Developers.

One of my colleagues who worked closely with Deborah stated that Deborah was the fastest coder she had ever seen!

Deborah went far beyond what was expected of her. I not only learned a lot from her, but I enjoyed working with her a great deal as well.
